RECEPTION: OCTOBER 5th, 5-7 PM Cindi Handy is an award-winning watercolor artist, residing in Clifton Park, NY. Cindi has been painting watercolors since 2008 and has been accepted in many local and regional juried shows in upstate New York, as well as being juried into the National Green Mountain Watercolor Exhibition in 2016 and 2017, and the 42nd International Open Exhibition of Watercolors in Connecticut in 2018.
