Tannery Pond Center is dedicated to bringing the best possible performances, art exhibits and community events to the Gore Mountain Region in the Adirondacks.
The organization is located in Tannery Pond Community Center, a beautiful facility owned by the Town of Johnsburg and managed by Tannery Pond Center.
Dear Friends and Supporters,
We have an exciting late summer and fall lineup coming up, including concerts by The Oldies Show, Trio Casals, Gem Radio Theatre’s production of The Great Adirondack Stagecoach Robbery, Emilio Solla’s Latin jazz quintet and the soulful Durham County Poets. The Widlund Gallery is open daily with terrific exhibits each month by accomplished and emerging artists.
You help to make this lineup of events and exhibits possible with your contributions, and we are asking you now to keep the momentum going.
We endeavor to keep concert ticket prices low at and to provide free admission to students. The reality is that ticket sales and grants do not fully cover the costs of presenting these events. Our goal is to raise $8,000 to fund one third of the cost of our programming. Imagine purchasing a concert ticket that gives two thirds of the normal lighting and sound levels necessary to enjoy the performance, two thirds of the expected number of performers, and for only two thirds of a normal concert time. We are looking for your help to provide the full experience!
All contributions are gratefully accepted and appreciated. We now offer the option to make recurring monthly donations using a very straightforward process through a secure online service. Consider the ease of a seamless monthly withdrawal from your credit card or checking account – the cost of a lunch or weekly newspaper delivery charge.
Simply click the “Donate to Support the Arts” button below to become a monthly donor or make a one-time gift at a level that is comfortable for you.
Monthly donors of $20 or more will receive 2 free tickets to the 2019 concert of their choice, and monthly donors of $40 or more will receive 4 free tickets.
Clicking this button will take you to Givebox, a secure online donation processing service for nonprofits.
Your donation will be used where it is most needed to support Tannery Pond Center’s mission to enrich lives with quality arts programming and a welcoming community center, unless specified otherwise.
Thank you so very much!
